Privacy Policy

Short version: the only personal information we have is what you type into our estimate form or tell us directly, we use it only to contact you about your project, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

What we collect

  • Estimate requests: name, phone number, email address, street address, city/county, and the project details you choose to share (service type, roof age, home height, notes).
  • Site usage: anonymous, aggregate counts only — daily visits and which services get clicked. Our analytics are first-party, set no advertising cookies, and never record your IP address, precise location, or identity. A single value in your browser's local storage remembers whether you've visited today; it identifies no one.

How we use it

To respond to your estimate request, schedule your inspection, prepare your quote, and perform the work you hire us for. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for third-party marketing.

Where it lives and how it's protected

  • Everything you submit travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email — both protected by access controls; only Local Roofing & Construction staff can view them.
  • We keep submissions only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and warranty record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

Want your information corrected or deleted? Email contact@localroofingconstruction.net or call (206) 931-4986 (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM) and we'll take care of it. Under Washington law you may also have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
